Telephone and Email support
As anyone who has ever called a software company's support line knows,
the moment the words "network" are uttered, phone support
charges are assessed. [and at a substantially higher cost than a single-personal
user would pay]
Our support packages are based on whether we were responsible for the
network design/installation, or just the general overall upkeep etc..
We also provide end-user "software" related support in various
packages.
Additional costs would be long-distance telephone calls or specialized
[premium support] using our accounts from software companies. Of course,
these charges require prior approval before we spend this money.
Email support will be the cheapest form of support we offer.
